Elin Nordegren’s New House in Palm Beach

The sexy Swedish model Elin Nordegren who is former wife of Tiger Woods just bought a mansion for $ 12.2 million in North Palm Beach, Florida. The Mansion located approximately ten miles from Tiger’s new mansion in Jupiter Island. The mansion known as Seminole Landing is a beachfront affair, a bit out of keeping with the former Mrs. Woods’ low profile silhouette since the divorce.

The 9000 square-foot beach front home has 6 bedrooms – much to Elin and her son and daughter – and 8 bathrooms and 4,700 square-foot basement. And we are sure that there’s something funny, like a basketball court and a cinema there too.
The 31-year-old model reportedly received $100 million after filing for divorce because of Wood’s highly publicized alleged extra marital escapades. Nordegren paid on the order of $12.2 million for a new mansion in Palm Beach. Tiger Woods and Nordegren had agreed it would be better for their children if the two had homes in proximity to one another. Woods also bought a mansion last month, one on Jupiter Island reportedly replete with its own practice golf course, among the many other luxuries. Wood’s reportedly cost many times what his former wife’s new home did.
