Arnold Schwarzenegger Brentwood



Governor Schwarzenegger doesn’t live in California’s Governor’s Mansion (the last California rep to do so was President Ronald Reagan, back when he was a lowly governor). Instead he makes his executive decisions from this $11.9-million home in Brentwood, where he lives with his wife, journalist Maria Shriver. Their 6,000-square-foot home sits on a six-acre compound, which contains a swimming pool and tennis court alongside stunning ocean views .

Her internet page on MySpace shows pictures of their son. She describes herself as a "proud parent" who is looking for a "serious relationship" — though her body shape includes "some extra baggage".
Her lad's birth certificate shows he was born one week after Arnie's youngest son Christopher. It lists her then-husband Rogelio Baena as the dad.
Yesterday there was no sign of the boy or his mum at their home.

According to the architects, “the house has been conceived according to passive solar and natural ventilation design principles. Horizontal sunshades shield glass from summer heat gain, while the interior is naturally ventilated via the central atrium and clerestory windows. The house’s simple form is compact  (48’ L x 40’ W x 23’ H), minimizing the exterior surface area, maximizing thermal performance, and reducing electrical and plumbing runs. The living, dining, kitchen and master bedroom are located on the upper level and oriented to capture views of the Pacific Ocean, Mission Bay and La Jolla“. You could say that the most striking thing about this home is the fact that 95% of anticipated electrical needs are ensured by a roof-mounted photovoltaic system. A clever way to go, especially for a residence of these dimensions.

David T’Kint and Hazlin Ahmad, HBA Associates noted, “We found Zanzibar to become a great resource for inspiration and sourced many artifacts and furnishings in the villa of the local markets and shops. “All the furniture in Residence Zanzibar cultural mix that reflects the various influences in the history of Zanzibar. For example, four-poster bed in the villa to remind the British style and flanked by two nightstands inspired by the forms of Indian and materials like metal beaten. In the bathroom, dressing table custom designed to integrate the simplified pattern of Swahili while wall sconces motifs taken from traditional Omani.
