Future Concept Houses

CONCEPT desirable house like what people in general? Naturally resistant to shocks, lasting, durable, and can protect the occupants and their stuff in it. Especially in Indonesia, the situation and the landscape increasingly erratic.
Examples in recent years frequent earthquakes, floods, or landslides that resulted in many broken homes to the ground. The house as a patron should be able to provide the best function.
But, most people just make a house based on trend, without considering whether the house is suitable or appropriate for today? Not infrequently built home was not in accordance with existing procedures so as not to produce a quality home.
In that sense, the interior and exterior design is not functioning fully. So, what kind of concept of home that could meet our needs today?
Denny Setiawan architect explains, "Actually the house is just a tool used to protect us. So, do not let the tools we use is actually turned into a tool that kills us. Therefore, it takes the right concept. Surely every country has the concept of a future home different. "
Many of us who rely solely on the unique look of the house without thinking of the next effect. In fact, if we examine, many events occur due to shifting soil.
Many houses collapsed and no longer work because the wrong structure. Denny argues, the Indonesian people have a tendency when building a house just rely on construction workers and contractors because they may already have experience building a house.
"In fact, in making the home, the role of expert or architect is very important structure. For example to make the walls, columns, and others," said Denny frequent earthquakes make the architects and interior designers must rethink the concept of a good shelter for the future .
Perhaps more precisely, a house that responds to the earthquake. According to Denny, the first thing to note is, we live in a climate that is hostile, erratic weather, and the tendency of an earthquake.
To answer all the challenges it, maybe we should leave the electrical energy which has been the source of human dependence.
We, Denny said, is actually capable of doing many things without relying on electricity. We must be able to replace it with wind energy is more friendly to the environment. Secondly, how do we make a friendly home environment.
The trick, among others, can make a garden and creates a lot of openings in the dwelling. Finally, we can apply the concept of garden on the roof of a house that serves as an absorber of solar energy.
